Everything on the property was nice, except the night time staff. The young lady working was super disrespectful to not only myself but my finance and another guest looking for parking. There are not enough parking spots on the lot to accommodate all the residents and when we asked her if there were any additional spots to park she was very loud stating that she was looking on the cameras showing there were 6 open spots but we drove around the lot 4 times, along with 3 other cars and couldn’t find any. When we asked her to show us where the parking was she refused and started yelling at us to “go check ourselves” after we had checked 5 times now with video evidence that there were no spots. She then sent her boyfriend out to look and he then couldn’t find any spots either. When we asked to speak to a manager or Someone other than her we were ignored as if we weren’t even there. My fiancé and I both asked her very respectfully, as well as the other guest and we were treated like if what we were telling her was a lie and she had attitude like no other just because her boyfriend was in the lobby watching her. This is unacceptable behavior all over a parking spot.

Good value, rooms spacious and modern. Limited room amenities. Walls a bit thin (heard neighbor’s phone vibrating right through the wall). Breakfast is a little basic though there are options and a step up from continental. Acceptable for the price point.

Friendly, welcoming staff especially Oscar at the front desk. But our final morning there, many TV channels were unavailable due to some signal outage, yet the channels seemed to be working in the breakfast area.
