Staff at front desk was rude on check in, room was mostly clean but bathroom still had soap scum and floor was gritty. Beds dont have fully encased mattress protectors, just mattress pads. Couch was stained. Hot tub was not in operable condition/boarded up with plywood and pool had low pressure flow and debris floating in the water/cloudy, no extra towels in pool area. Snow removal in parkinglot needs work. Aside from all of this, hotel was cheap for 1 night for medical travel, bed was comfortable and it was close to the hospital.

The hotel is very convenient for those attending the hospital, and there is a restaurant roght there. Avoid getting a street side room. They can be noisy.

We usually stay here when visiting family in Sudbury. Staff friendly. The carpeting in the hallways to rooms needs replacement. Very worn & discoloured. Other than that, comfortable.

There are places better for less in Sudbury.

Rooms was a mess, garbage left behind from other stays under the bed, food in the microwave, hair in the beds and the pillows and washroom. If you get a room facing the road its extremely loud due to the old windows.
