I got the deluxe suite, I was in the basement, needs updating, the TV didn’t work properly for most of the stay, uneven click floors, it was cold and dingey. It was very loud because it was near the elevator, laundry and electrical room. There was minimal dishes and stuff in the kitchen to use and some of them were dirty. Not enough towels had to ask for more towels twice. No bedding for the pullout couch.. one of the lamps was flickering, and one of the lamps had tape on the cord. I ended up getting a junior suite which was on the fourth floor and was beautiful compared to this one. I ended up paying for two rooms because I was travelling with a friend and it just wasn’t comfortable.

The staff are friendly and polite. The lobby appeared clean and access to the attached restaurant and the well-lit parking lot was nice. We stayed in the king suite. The French doors separating the bedroom from the rest of the space was damaged with a window pane missing. A bedside table panel was missing and when the bedside lamp was on it gave us the view of a headboard that came from a diddy party with greasy handprints. The rest of the space is just that. With gouges in the wall, the missing bedside table, the lack of additional furniture like a coffee table or club chair, there appeared to have been a fight in the room which may be an explanation we didn’t ask. The room had a desk with a bar-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, chair and couch. There was a jacuzzi which we didn’t use. The tiled area around it was cracked and slightly dangerous. Perhaps also from a fight. The bed was very soft and sheets were awful.
