I stay here often, because my son has medical appointments often in Sudbury. The rooms are outdated and you can see the age of the hotel. I feel like the cleaning is average, some rooms have bed covers, some don’t. The bathrooms usually aren’t renovated. But it’s convenient to the hospital, so it works.

Room was nice and clean for the most part, some garbage leftover from previous guests was found behind the nightstands and television. Staff was very friendly and helpful! There was however a lot of noise in the hallways that kept us awake some of the night, i believe some teenage girls were running up an down the hallways and playing for a few hours between 12am-2am. Otherwise a very nice place to stay!

Very friendly staff. Love having a restaurant right there but would like to see it open later for later check ins. When we checked in at approx. 8:30 the room they gave us was dirty so we had to be moved to a different room.

They have no king beds. Expedia states they do , but the facility does not. Only queen beds but more like a double. Poor or older mattresses. Dip in the middle. No glasses in the bathroom. Window frames are falling apart. Will not be recommending.
