I had high expectations for a hotel such as the Radisson and I was quite disappointed of the cleanliness, as our room smelled horrible and was not cleaned. Then we were moved to a cleaner room that was much smaller and were only offered a $50 rebate. I was extremely disappointed overall.

The staff were excellent and very helpful while the hotel pool is one of the better ones I have used in such a property. The on site restaurant, Pestos, is very good with attentive staff and interesting food at fair prices. I would use this property again.

Very dirty. The room had very bad mold smell. The bathtub did not drain. The carpet was not clean. We had to change the room. But the next room given to us was smaller than what we paid for.

Another 5 star visit to Sudbury Radisson
This was the 10th+ time we have stayed at the Radisson Sudbury. The desk staff is always so pleasant, the lobby is clean and open (the cleaning staff seems to be working 24/7 to keep everything spotless - yet are so very friendly) , the room was spacious and clean, and breakfast at Pesto's (hotel restaurant) is always so nice. And if you need somewhere to go for dinner - Pesto's has a wonderful atmosphere, with a very engaging serving staff, and the food is delicious (portions are large, but not overwhelming). Always a wonderful experience, especially with two elderly parents, one who is blind and uses a walker - everyone bends over backwards to make your stay comfortable. The padio door wont lock and felt like anyone could walk in. Lots of locals walked thur the side of the building during our stay. The pool was nice on the warm side. Was told cleaning was every 3rd day but there was a cleaner in our room everyday. Wasnt a bad thing just unexpected. The bathroom we didnt use the shower cause was worried the water would go into the room. And the bathroom always had some kind of water on the floor. Parking was in the mall next door which isnt horrible just hard to found room from the parking lot unless you know where you are going.

My stay was good the hotel is decent can’t complain had no problem just didn’t like the carpet in rm and was happy that the windows didn’t open very stuffy since the bathroom fan was not working or none existing but we had to move rooms which was no problem, I was very happy with the new room as it had no carpet and it had a sliding door that opened out into courtyard which is very convenient for our dog

Hotel needs a good renovation .when we went in are room pillows on floor .Carpet looked dirt baseboard were dirty paint peeling on walls .Had to park my car on the side of hotel homeless people wondering around there.
