Could be cleaner.

Bathroom was not clean - there were pubes behind the door. There were hairs on the pull out couch sheets. The pull out couch matress was wrapped in plastic (!).

Our stay here was just okay. The breakfast area was under construction. It was bag breakfast. Our room, was okay. The bathroom; the towel rack fell in the middle of the night, the toilet seat was broken, the sink slowly drained, and no mat for the tub. Also, no side table for the other side of the bed. We told the front desk about the problems in the bathroom and all they wanted to do is change our room. Why couldnt they fix the problems?? It would have been better. We were very disappointed.

Best bang for your buck.

Staff are always friendly and the breakfast is amazing. They give you a welcome gift containing beverages, snacks, and a bag of microwave popcorn every time you stay there which is the only place that does that in my opinion.

Our room was not ready when we tried to check in after 4pm. The hotel staff were very nice. The restaurant area is under construction but you're still able to get your complimentary breakfast, which its selection was actually way better than most hotels. Room was ok but there are stains/bloods stains on the side of the matress and the side of the sheet was wet. Extra toilet paper in the room which was a plus. Corridors are very noisy all night long. You can hear everything. Windows and glass throughout property was dirty or had hand prints. Grounds were dirty with hundreds of cigarette butts on the ground outside of each entrance. Location is ok. We went to a concert at the arena, however you cannot access downtown on the same road. You have to cross the busy road, go up the hill, down a street and through a tunnel to access the downtown. We would consider staying again for another event at the arena. The price was affordable, just some extra TLC needed to the property.

The rooms are wry basic and not noise protected at all. Unfortunately you can hear even average conversation levels. Things were not cleaned amazingly, shower silicone had mold, heater had a big layer of dust, the mini fridge had water with pink gunk in it.
