This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had! I will never return here nor will I recommend it. I would have rather slept in my car for that price and condition of hotel and facility
We were disappointed in several aspects of this hotel. We booked a Junior Suite so there was a “kitchen” area with a fridge, microwave and kitchen cabinet and sink. However there were no dishes or cutlery, no kettle or toaster. After requesting they handed us a couple of plates, cutlery but no cups. Also, no way to clean them until we asked twice. The room had only one chair and no table to eat at. The closet in the room was very small with only four hangers and no luggage rack. The shower did not have a grab bar and only one small towel rack. This hotel was also not very sound-proof so we could easily hear coughing and talking from other rooms. Although it was clean and had an acceptable breakfast provided, I would not stay at this hotel again

We had a great stay. 2 small issues- garbage was not removed before check in and the sofa bed was terrible to sleep on. We told the front desk and they gave us an extra comforter to sleep on. The pool was great, breakfast was great, and the room was beautiful! I would stay here again, but next time get the 2 queen beds instead of the suite.

I stayed for two nights. On the first night I called the front desk to report that there was mold build up on my a/c system. They said they would make note and come up to look. I waited until 1130pm before giving up waiting. The following day when I was gone they came into my hotel room to change out towels. Still mold on my A/C and never provided me an update, apology, discount.
The lady working the continental breakfast had a terrible attitude. Morning 1: actually yelled at me and walked away for moving an empty coffee machine. The second morning said “I can do it. Put it back” sternly to a man helping her lift the lid of a slow cooker while she carried a pot of hot beans from the back. Wrong career. Don’t work around people if you can’t talk to people with respect. Will not be staying at this location again.
