We didn’t have much of an option being it was last minute reservation. Staff was very polite and helpful. The lobby and hallways were very dark and smelled musty and stale. The rooms were dark and smelled stale also. The rooms were dated a bit but the they were clean and the beds were okay. It appeared there were outside renovations going on, so it may be they were planning on more updates. The price was $70 more a night than a new hotel in Milwaukee.

Very disappointed when arrived. Rooms are clean but looks very dated. The sink is mostly clogged. The TV is run by Spectrum and very difficult you use. I would not stay here again.

It was quite comfortable and the breakfast was not elaborate but good. I would suggest that the public tv’s in the lobby and the dining room be tuned to something other than fox as it was nauseating to hear that praise the criminal trump.

Was told they didn't have housekeeping and to put dirty towels outside the door and they would leave clean ones in a bag for us which they did. First room they sent us to wasn't cleaned since the last person. Next room was nice, breakfast was very good. Looks like they're short on help.

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was fine. Close to amenities. Room was great for pets as well. Building was in process of having siding replaced, glad to see putting resources into improvements. Could use a bit of lawncare, landscaping, play up the Maritime theme w outside decorations. We felt safe there, as mother, daughter travelers.

Property was under construction which was not included on the property description but did have a sign on the front door saying construction was M-F 8 to 5. This was Sunday. Normally this wouldn't bother me but a large section of metal trim was flapping in the wind against the side of the building under our window. Think cowbell in a stampede. Staff was unable to contact owner but allowed us to sleep in another room across the hall on 2 double beds instead of 1 King size. Paid extra for a Hot Tub, which was Luke warm at best. Room phone out of order to contact front desk. Sink drain broken. Did not try to compensate us for our troubles
