Few Problems, Service was good

Hotel lobby is really nice! We were very happy with our room until we discovered the toilet was broken. Told to front desk on our way out the door for the evening and they said they would send maintenance up. Maintenance was unable to fix the toilet, so we had to move rooms at 10pm. New room was fine, until almost everyone was asleep (after midnight at this point) and we discovered the deadbolt on the door did not work. It was misaligned or something. Nothing we could do to get the deadbolt to engage. No way we were moving rooms AGAIN, so we engaged the other lock and hoped for the best (it was fine). Just seemed like a lot of issues for a one night stay!

At first I was sort of nervous because of the great price I got for my room, but as I walked in, the inside to check in was stunning. My room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shower was great and hot. Now, this hotel is absolutely perfect for families with children. The amount of amenities was amazing. The pool was super clean I can almost see my reflection, I was appalled on how clean the pool was, the jacuzzi was just right and super comfy. The gym was bigger than any other hotel I’ve been at, the basketball court is a great amenity as well. The bar/dining area has a great amount of choices from dinner & drinks to desert. Although I only stayed because of the snow storm and was close to work, this place was def a 10/10.

We were looking for a quick getaway with friends in the dead of winter. The kids and adults had a great time at the pool and hot tub and there was plenty of places to hang out and play a game. We also enjoyed darts and billiards at the bar which had great food and drinks. The gym was better than average and they even had racketball courts. The staff were super-nice and accommodating. It is a great place to stay when heading to a destination nearby or just as a destination itself! Very affordable and felt worth it. Highly recommend!

Had a fantastic stay! Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the heated poll, the hot tub, and the free billiards and darts that were available. We'll be coming back!

Great stay

Parking is plentiful. Check in was quick and easy. Very comfortable specious rooms. Coffee was available in the rooms. On the main level there is a restaurant and bar. Bartender was very friendly. They also have dart board and pool tables.
