Sturbrudge MA stay.
It was a simple overnight. Check in was fast and easy. Great front desk welcome and customer service both checking in and checking out. Only thing is when asked fir a receipt she quickly handed me one which was waiting in a pile (shocked). I didnt review it till i was doing my expense report and it did not show paid. It was not a receipt showing it was pd.... it showed i had a full balance. That is not a receiot if my stay...

Wasn’t terrible although we were very sad to learn that the pool was closed and apparently had been so for some time. That would’ve been nice to know when booking on hotels.com or to have the hotel reach out too. The entire reason we stayed there was for the pool while at a wedding. Front desk folks were great and room was fine. Lots of weddings going on and yet it was pretty quiet where we were. One really rude staff person, not sure who but when my husband asked if there was a tray or someway to carry all the things he was bringing upstairs for our family to eat he was told simply ‘no, just seemed curt. Everyone is busy but a little help and kindness would’ve been appreciated. Was super rude way to end the stay. Housekeeping staff were excellent although we laughed at the obstacle course of carts in the hallway as people are trying to checkout and leave! The Panera nearby is a nice option but be prepared for slow slow service (don’t use the kiosk ordering system, it seems to just confuse things there and will slow the whole process down). All in all it was fine, not really worth the money but easy to find and stay there for two nights. Probably would find somewhere else next time we’re in town to visit family but wasn’t terrible.
