Arrived at 11:15. Rang the doorbell and called the phone number as directed. Finally the clerk let me in to check in. Only thing she said to me was,"Next time you want to stay here, arrive before 11." This was a long travel day. There wont be a "next time" for this motel.

Our cable did not work, the towels were stained with grossness, and the woman at the desk was non English speaking and did not care I was unhappy. I left the room and rented a room at the Marriott 4 driveways down and it was heaven!

I called when I was an hour away. I was hung up on, I called back numerous times with no answer. All I received was a recording saying “ that extension is not valid”. So I ended up having to pay for a different hotel room.

The beds were old and uncomfortable but the worst part was the bathroom. Seems there must have been a leak at some point because the ceiling had a big stain with chipping paint and bugs. The tile grout was black with mold and also looked like there had been a leak because it was bulging. Needless to say we didn’t use the shower. Worst place I have ever stayed. You can’t tell any of that from the pictures. FALSE ADVERTISING

They charged me 20$ a night because my dog slept in my truck. I just told them i had a dog but he was going to slept in the truck which is equip with his bed/kennel. The receptionist said policy is 20$ a night..could believe it and would have cancel if not stuck there

Nice
The rooms are definitely dated, but they're spacious and comfortable. We had a king size bed and a large sofa. Nice separate freezer, refrig, and microwave. All in all, quite satisfactory.

"Good Location, but Poor Sound Isolation" I recently stayed at this hotel and found it fair for the price. The location is convenient, with a gas station and grocery store nearby, making it easy to grab essentials. The room itself was very clean, which I appreciated. However, the biggest downside was the sound isolation. Unfortunately, we could hear people walking in the room above us throughout the night, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to keep this in mind. Overall, a decent option if you're on a budget, but I hope the hotel improves its soundproofing!

The person at the front desk was rude I asked for a room key and the one I had refused to work and she was rude, refused to work with me on the issue and stated that I didn’t own the room and I didn’t reserve it, showing proof that I reserved it and showed my ID
