Staff was incredibly helpful, and impressively tri-lingual (French, German, English). Needed directions and recommendations on a couple of occasions, and they were able to point us in the right direction every time. Room has no frills, but is perfectly nice. The breakfast is similarly simple, but solid. Literally across the street from the train station, which was a big plus for us.

Location across from the train station
This is a very nice hotel located directly across from the train station. Check in was easy, room was ready at 1pm & the room was very nice, clean with a view of the station. Breakfast was very good, I would book again.

This hotel is in a convenient location and the breakfast was delicious. They had the perfect area where to store your luggage after you checked out but still wanted to explore a little more. They were good at having small things available - apples and cold water!! Arrival is a little difficult if you come by car because the front of the hotel is very busy and you don't know where to park. It would be nice if they sent the parking location in a message a couple of days before arrival.

Clean & basic great location
Breakfast good continental breakfast. Voucher from hotel to cover car parking, but make sure you get the insicorrect otherwise you have to pay. It would have been good to have some way of making a drink in your room

Reservation mix up
There was a mix up with our reservation and it was late night when we arrived. Front desk helped get us into a “sister” hotel not far away at the same rate. Very grateful for their assistance working this out. Sister hotel was fantastic

Wonderful Hotel
Location was perfect. Train station was directly across the square but hotel was so quiet. Front desk was very accommodating, especially Gabriella!!! Wonderful location with all the restaurants and shopping you could desire nearby. It also offered a secure room to store your luggage prior to check-in as well during checkout if you wished to do more sightseeing. A BIG plus for us !!!!

Hôtel au cœur de tout.
Hotel bien située au cœur de tout. Près de la gare, des restos, des services et des attractions touristiques. Tout se fait à pied. Déjeuner compris, nourriture diversifiée et fraîche. Les employés de la réception nous ont accueilli avec le sourire et bien polie. La chambre est grande et nous avions une belle vue sur la gare au 7e étages.

Cómodo hotel muy cerca de la estación de trenes, dos aspectos hacen que los califique bajo: 1 el desayuno puede mejorar, 2 nos tocó un día lluvioso y solicitamos un paraguas (muy habitual en los hoteles prestártelo) de plano me lo ofrecieron pero con cargo y renta de 10 euros x cada uno (necesitábamos 4). Estoy de acuerdo con que te pidan un depósito para asegurar que lo devuelvan pero de plano cobrarte renta fue de mal servicio a quien esta hospedado contigo

This property is under construction and they gave us a room right next to a room that was under construction. There was nonstop drilling and hammering in the morning. We asked to move our room, but they kept on saying it was sold out. We requested for the manager and finally moved us to a lower level room. We paid more for the premium room; however, did not get the same room. They gave us $17 for “credit” which was not equivalent amount for the difference. This stay was not satisfactory at all

Everything is close. There are several pretty good steak restaurants in the surrounding area. The central station is across the park. The Hotel is quite good if it weren't for the cleaning staff who spend their time harassing guests from 7 a.m. to clean the rooms. We were on the 3rd floor and even on the day of our departure, he entered the 2 reserved rooms several times to clean them without knowing about our departure. It was pure nosense, but the rest of the staff is collaborative.
