The air-conditioning was not working in the rooms, and the entire hotel and the rooms were hot. There are two elevators, and one was not working during the days we were there; the rooms' cleaners occupied it for at least an hour in the morning without allowing the guests the priority to use the only working elevator to catch their appointments. The hotel management should have arranged this as long as they knew that only one elevator was working!!

This hotel is right by a busy highway. It's convenient and walkable but the road is very loud at night. The staff was professional and helpful, parking was good. The beds are very firm, VERY FIRM!

Quiet, safe, clean and convienent option near the historical centre.Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is also very good. However, the room and the bathroom was not fully equipped for luxury services and some missing toilets materials. In general it was a nice stay. I can visit again with my essential preparations ( toothbrush, tooth paste, conditioner,body lotion, plastic bags) iron, and water bottles
