Friendly staff, very accommodating for our requests. Instant hot water was an absolute bonus for us. Rooms were spacious and clean. Pool, sauna, hot tub, gym and games room facilities are old but well equipped and in working order. Lovely art gallery and shop inside. We would absolutely return here 😄 only downfall was the room we were in didn't have a safety deposit box, which would have been helpful.

The room was large and clean with views over Loch Ryan. Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant food also good.
