Brand new hotel So bound to be fine and dandy. Parking should be included, an extra £7 was taking the mick I thought. Breakfast was just ok, barely warm, but would have been nice if it had been fresh

The only issue we had was we needed an EV charger, people with no ev cars were parked in the bays The staff are unable to assist to move the cars but tried their best This needs to be addressed and managed better

Property was ok but lacks the welcome feel- ev charging a real pain to engage with and request for admin assistance with missing items not responded too- ok if you want a turn and leave bedroom
