The hotel is great! Room has everything needed. Short staffed at the check in desk. There was only one young gentleman doing his best with phones ringing off the hook and a lined up past the entrance door to check people in. He did his best but took a while. He did great!

There were two big customer fights however this best western is so impressive to keep it welcoming despite tough tenants. Very impressive. I love best western plus’s.

Starting at the back of the hotel this time, I found it to be unsettling. There were many transients in the parking lot. Some of whom riding bikes around with flashlights and tools looking into vehicles late at night.

When we first arrived we were greeted by someone who did not identify themselves as staff and told us to move our cars out of the check in pull up area because she parked there and needed to get out, she told us we weren’t supposed to park there in the first place but pointed us to one 15 minute parking space, we had 3 cars. The hallway to our room smelt terrible, like smoke. The room was decent but our room was right next to a door to the outside stairs and the door was so loud every time someone went in out, we had a noise machine on for our children and we still were woken up every time. The pool was nice but definitely needed a good cleaning.

King suite on a Sunday night so the price was much lower than usual. the room was gorgeous and big!! and we loved the bed with the nice firm mattress and high quality bedding. the included living room was spacious. a small refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker were all that made up kitchen but it was okay to hold leftovers and some drinks. overall it was a good experience and I will definitely return next time I go to the Bob Hope.

The place is called “Plus” but really a minus. Tired property in a tired area. People partied all night screaming and pumping music. Nobody did anything. Then it looked like a couple of rooms were running prostitutes. We barely slept. Do not recommend. We were a group with 6 rooms in different spots. All felt the same. Avoid!!!
