Room was somewhat clean. Sink had a leak . I was tired from driving all day so didn't report it. Coffee pot in room did not work. Carpet was old streached out an needed a good vacume. Issues with room keys. Breakfast required a voucher, I understand why as there was a couple who were putting enomous quatitus of food on plates. One carried the plates out whike the other kept filling more plates. Could not het to the waffel station as they were using all of them the 20 mins we were there.

Expedia screwed up my reservation! I made the reservation, received a confirmation, paid my reservation and when I arrived for check in the hotel did not have any reservation in my name. 1 hour later come to find out the 3rd party company that handles the reservations never confirmed it with the hotel. They had to manually do the reservation while I ran the risk of the hotel selling out during a busy convention weekend. Nightmare and Expedia took no responsibility. Never even returned to my phone call to explain what happened and that a resolution had been reached. Gross customer service from Expedia.

Slow check-in, worn and torn.

The checkin was looong. Only one employee doing check-in. With two people in front of me, I waited 15 minutes. The person doing the check-in did not seem affected by it, or compelled to provide us in line an assurance, or comfort, that we'll be ultimately served, or that he wait is out of the ordinary. This is a well used property. Looks clean and maintained, but everything shows signs of wear and, literally, tear. My bed covers looked like someone put them through a lawn-mower. Holes and tears are in such places that they either don't really care any more, or have no money to maintain and replace worn out things.

Easy stay

Nothing too fancy great location with it being right off the freeway and across the street from everything. However, the windows could be thicker or something since the traffic is noisy on the side facing freeway

Very disappointed in this property! It was extremely dirty and old. My daughter used the toilet right after we checked in and it would not flush! I called the front desk to report this and all they said was okay and hung up! We never heard from anyone. My husband had to fix the toilet! That was really bad service and I would never stay at a Best Western again

Surprisingly nice. The room is clean, comfy and so far, quiet. We lucked out and got downstairs by the gate to the jacuzzi. Pool and jacuzzi are clean and relaxing. People are nice. We needed to do laundry and there is a laundry matt in the shopping center next door, easy peasy. Great room and location. Our only inconvenience is a sticky lock on our door but that’s minor. Looking forward to breakfast! 😁
