My penthouse room offered the loveliest view of the rooftops at night. I was grateful that I could open the window fully in order to let the cold air in. I found the bedroom and bathroom to be just the right size, though I couldn't use the subscription services on the TV since they didn't work with my US subscriptions. Is there a way around that? Thankfully, even though there were only 4 TV channels available, at least 1 played English-speaking shows regularly. It was great being able to access music videos as well. The staff were always super helpful. Even though I was incorrectly told that housekeeping would only go into my room if requested, my concerns were immediately addressed after I went downstairs with my complaint. I was provided with a DND hanger for my room that wasn't initially provided upon arrival. I was happy to have the situation addressed so quickly. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Despite not knowing about the hot food bar until my last full day, I was quite pleased with the selection of options available, particularly the gluten-free section. The hotel is also conveniently situated in the Ostermalm neighborhood, with plenty of access to cafes, restaurants, shopping, and public transportation. I even walked over to the local cinema the night before I left. I definitely wasn't wanting for anything during my fairly long stay.
