Customer service was excellent. Had a to-go breakfast bag given to us for our early flight. Comfy & clean. Great location, near museums and the hop-on boat. Would recommend this hotel for a Stockholm stay.

We have a nice comfortable stay at Hotel Hasselbacken. Property is beautiful. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Room was spacious. The only thing I would say that could be better is- the room could use more lighting, as well as motion lights in the closets. Felt very dark. Other wise was great, Tram station was close by (#7 to get to central) which was great really convenient.

Exceptional Stay

From the moment we arrived, we loved our whole experience at Hasselbacken. They allowed us an early check in, which was much appreciated after a long day of flying. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was luxury! I enjoyed the sauna both nights. The breakfast was sensational! WOW! We also had a dinner meal that was excellent, with the crown jewel their passion fruit creme brulee. The views were spectacular and every person we interacted at the hotel was just lovely. I would highly recommend choosing this hotel. I cannot say enough good about our experience there!

Perfect place to stay

Great hotel, amazing complimentary breakfast, close to the ferry to go to historic downtown and close enough to a couple of higher end restaurants. Was the perfect location to explore the city, though for those who want more night life you might want to look elsewhere.

The travel links are great, with easy tram, bus or ferry access to city center and Gamlastan. The rooms are beautiful, and the staff was very thoughtful when giving us two connecting rooms, so we could be close to my elderly parents. Splendid breakfast. The staff at the restaurant was so welcoming and one of the staff members who stood out is Magaly. She graciously prepared a mocha latte for my daughter and a cappuccino for my mother every day during our weeks' stay. The cleaning crew went above and beyond to make sure our rooms were spic and span clean. Overall, this was one of the best hotels I have stayed with my family. they made my vacation very special. Thank you!
