Nice place, cheerful, but let me down this time

I'm reviewing based on the past, as I have stayed before and it was very nice. This time though, I had to cancel my trip last minute due to my property at home being broken into. I offered to share a police report etc but no, they were having none of it and wouldn't let me use my stay another night. So I lost my night's stay and, whilst I understand the no-show policy, just a little bit of understanding would've been appreciated at a stressful time. It is what it is, but it left me with a sour taste.

Excellent Choice

Super convenient for getting off the Arlanda Express and very close to trains and metro and the tram. Easy self check in and very comfy room despite its size (I had the compact room and it was fine for one person).

Comfortable stay near the station.

1 min walk from Stockholm Central bus terminal. Although the room I stayed was compact and had no window, it was clean and comfortable for just staying a night. Amenities such as shampoo/body soap and hand soap were available at room. You can get boiled water if you ask at reception.
