When you walked into the beautiful and spacious atrium/foyer, you were greeted by a friendly voice. The atrium was decorated festively for the Christmas holiday and there was nice background music. I am a stickler for clean bathrooms. There was some hair on the floor and a small (about the size of a dime) pile of debris behind the bathroom door. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was tasty. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

The only reason we chose this hotel was for the indoor pool. We saw it was broken when we arrived and had two very disappointed children.
