Property is huge and very dated. Only one elevator. My room was pretty far from it and it’s all carpeted upstairs. So, it was hard to roll two suitcases that far. But the general contractor’s office is on site so construction is underway. Customer Service is AMAZING! I’d stay here again just because the front desk guy was super awesome despite being on crutches himself. And the room, although pretty old, was clean. Price point was fantastic!

What I didn't like was the fact that there was no continental breakfast. I wish and there was no access to the pool until 5 PM. So very disappone of them. I wanted to have the breakfast, but there things with the restaurant on-site. They wanted to charge you $14. Or 15 for a buffet And for the little side store that they have to sell little snack stuff.You couldn't pay cash.Everything had to be paid by credit card or debit.Card wasn't happy about that either

The room was nice and clean.The bed was comfortable. The shower water could have been hotter but the pressure was good. The breakfast was good. The front desk receptionist for check in was so so so kind and helpful. I couldn't believe how pleasant he was on a holiday evening at work. They were all wonderful though. The midnight staff as well as the morning staff. All wonderful.

Not recommended. The bed was very very uncomfortable and very low. My back hurt the entire stay. The walls between the rooms are very thin. I could hear conversations in the next room at midnight - which interrupted my stay. I mentioned several times to the front desk staff that someone was smoking in a room near me. The smoke was so strong and heavy in the hallway that it was unbearable. They did not offer to move me to another room - which they should have. Also, for this type of hotel authorizing $30/day for incidentals is excessive. I don’t know why hotels continue to do this. Overall, I was very displeased with my stay.
