Pretty unhappy with my check in and my stay. The front desk staff was super rude and off putting. Zero customer service skills. Was no aware that we would have to pay for parking??? At the hotel I’m staying at? Are you serious? Room smelled gross hallway smelled gross and it was dirty inside.

I would recommend it for the concierge service alone. The were all so kind and helpful. Bar service was difficult to find, with low interaction; but food & drinks were tasty. I liked the room layout and kitchen accomodations. However, room had a strong mildewy smell, that told me it was under utilized. I did have housekeeping, in fairness, my privacy sign may have been on the door when they came by. Very convenient, friendly, and clean airport transportation.

Unhelpful front desk due to late arrival flight de

Reservation was made through hotels.com. Guest called hotel to inform that due to flight delay arrival at hotel would be at 1 :30 am. Hotel front desk informed that 1 reservation was not paid and 2 it would be cancelled at midnight unless payment was made and a CC provided before midnight. Customer rep from hotels.com called and confirmed reservation was paid and a CC was provided before arrival of guest for incidentals. Hotel ended up charging CC provided 2 charges for the total of cost of room. Upon check out Guest asked hotel to remove those charges. As of today chsrges still on CC statement.

This place was a really nice stay, clean, comfy, staff made the beds and replaced towels every day. My only 2 issues. As someone who loves a good show before bed is the tv was glitchy and something kept bugging it out. My other is there is no complete door on the shower. Made it cold and weird. Either way I was comfortable in the bed, slept well, ate good breakfast. I'd return.
