I was charged $20 upon checking in and I'm not sure why. I didn't have a car to park and didn't destroy anything. I stayed one night and left. I prepaid for the room, so I have no idea what the charge was for

I had to spend several nights there for unpacking a storage unit and beginning a drive with a U-Haul van. I enjoyed being close to the area while also being tucked away from the main traffic roads in the Reston area. It is a clean and well-managed hotel with a supportive staff. There was a major issue with the door lock never locking that we didn't know about until the morning after we were there, thankfully that was promptly fixed by a locksmith within two hours. No other prominent issues with the hotel room or with the property.
