Staff was friendly and helpful, room was not fancy, but new, clean, comfortable and efficient. Parking was easy, and hotel is near to downtown and shopping and dining. Good place to stay.

The staff were amazing when we needing to adjust check in/check out. They were very accommodating and helpful. It’s got a 60’s motel vibe but it’s been redone. Easy to walk to shops and food and public transportation.

Road noise is significant, especially with early morning snowplows and garbage pickup. Staff was friendly, especially Monica at the front desk. Our shower handle fell off on day one of a 4 night stay and still wasn’t fixed by the time we left, but shower still worked. For one of the most inexpensive hotels in town, it was great. Clean, and a comfortable bed.

Great stay in Steamboat Springs
The new rooms were very clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely responsive and willing to help with any questions or favors we needed. Great location on the Main Street of downtown and close to a free shuttle stop. Great experience overall and would not hesitate to return or recommend to others.

Western Lodge was great place go stay. Right on the heart of town it was walking distances to great food and drink locations. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and nice. Highly recommend this location.

The room was very cold. I called the front desk about the heater and nobody answered. I also went to the front desk but they were no where to be found. It was in the low 20s and windy last night. I had to put a towel under the door to keep the air from coming in. Will not stay here again.

I’d give it six stars if they had availability for another night. Sadly had to check out and into another hotel after a last minute decision to stay in steamboat for another night. Will be back.
