it was a very nice room. We had a king size suite reasonably priced good location for our needs the breakfast room was a bit cold. We didn't bring a jacket like everybody else was wearing and as such, the food did not stay warm, although it was OK.

I'll be Back!
Comfortable stay, and I'll be back. Because of the snowpack the parking stunk! During the day the snow removal contractor needs to get back in and cleanup the parking lot, with a front end bucket, so more spots become available. I felt guilty when the front desk told me to park in the handicap spots, because there was no other alternative. Great hotel, guest service and I look forward to returning to ski Steamboat again!

Property nice, price good, breakfast good. Only con was the billboard in checkin area that had threats about “noise”-$75, dogs-$75, etc. having rules is fine but this sign is off putting

The check in was easy and the staff was really nice. The room was exceptionally clean, fully stocked to make it feel like a home away from home. Complementary breakfast was good as well. This was my first time staying at a Homewood Suites and it was so impressive that my partner and I both said we’d seek out a Homewood Suites on our next trip.
