Bed was comfortable. Didn't hear traffic even though we were minutes from highway. Ɓreakfast was typical, not great.will try to stay at TRU hotels in the future

Pros: Close to the interstate, gas and restaurants. Bathroom was very clean. Cons: Desk clerk on check in was not smiling, or friendly. Not a good first impression. Bed was covered in dog hairs. Corners of room had dirt? crumbs? and headboard was dusty and dirty (I saw someone’s eyelash .. bleh) Walls are paper thin. Low flow shower.. zero water pressure. Lemon shower gel was really bad.. like using furniture polish. I do not recommend this hotel.. not sure why it won a 2024 Travel award.. it was average at best and that is being generous😕 I wouldn’t recommend and I definitely won’t go there again. Beware if you have pet allergies.. avoid!

I wanted 2 queen and they dont even have those. Which was fine, the room was nice. I think it was set up for one traveler, only 1 set of ear plugs and only 2 sets of towels. I would definitely stay again
