disappointed for my unfavourable experience in this hotel. i stayed for 1 night and unfortunately the electricity circuit box ran out and cut all electricity sources. i asked hotel staff for assistance and when the staff came to my room the he accused me of having booked the hotel for 2 people but we had 5 people living in the room. I repeatedly clarified that we had adequately booked and paid for 5 people. without doing any checking the hotel staff continued to accuse that we had only booked for 2 people. Not until the third time when i spoke louder that we booked for 5, the hotel staff rudely told me that “don’t raise your voice”, trying to turn the focus that the wrong doer is me because of speaking louder, but everything was legitimate despite his precious false accusation. i felt offended and just want to state the fact above and let everybody knows what happened to me.

Great location, right on the beach. Nice holiday park. Staff very friendly. Nice cabin with kitchen facilities. Small bathroom with good shower, but very badly placed hairdryer. Guest laundry with a lot of dryers and a few washers. Also has clothes lines. Very quiet at night.

We are staying in a cabin which is very well built and extra clean; all appliances, crockery & cutlery of good quality, comfortable beds, extra blankets, lovely linen. Best caravan park cabin we’ve ever stayed in. Supermarket within easy walking distance and lots of places to dine. Beautiful old town with retained heritage.

The cabin was very comfortable. Loved that my son and i both had a queen bed. One negative. I couldnt get the oven to work. Otherwise it was perfect.

Basickley it was ok good family accommodation but the cutlery plats and others were not clean carpet if you walked around in bear feet your feet were black other wise beds etc clean and tidy

I don’t mind staying in dated accomodation as long as it’s clean and maintained, but the cabin we stayed in had not been properly cleaned in a long time. The floor was sticky and filthy. Surfaces were dirty. The fridge was mucky. And the oven and hot plate unit desperately needed updating. Otherwise, the location was brilliant, services were great, it was fairly quite, the bed was comfy and it had most things we needed. I would just suggest to the managers that they put more effort into their cleaning of the cabins otherwise they will not have returning travellers. It wasn’t a good look.
