If you don't have a DOG you may want to skip this property. At the bar I had to set two seats down from a dog. Well I crossed the lobby I had to walk around the dog who was making a deposit. Walking across the stone floor I stepped in a puddle. They have said that they are dog friendly without making any accommodations to fit them into place in a reasonable way. This is my third time at this property but first since they became dog friendly. I will not be back

As this was my first time staying at The Stamford Hotel. overall I enjoyed the stay, however, there's one thing I didn't like, the toilets were very low. Hard for a senior citizen to sit on and get up. That was my only concern. Thank you for the opportunity to voice my opinion.

Great place!

This hotel was wonderful. Very clean and excellent service. We also loved the food. The only downfall was that the downtown location is pretty noisy at night. This might be okay for many people, but I’m not used to the city noises.

The overall shape of the facility was dated. It felt like there had been a leak or flooding on the hall and there were signs that led me to believe it might be a persistent issue. The wallpaper was peeling and a dehumidifier was running through the night. The smell of the carpet was musty. Overall wouldn't recommend.

When will I get my deposit back and they charged me $20 a night to park my vehicle. When I never payed before. They said Expedia charges a percentage so we must pay . They charge me the percentage Expedia charges that was not mentioned at the time of booking

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! My room was infested with BED BUGS & FLEAS, making the stay not only uncomfortable but also a serious health risk. The cleanliness was unacceptable, and the overall condition of the room was appalling. I will not be returning and urge others to consider alternative accommodations.
