My room is a bit cold and the thermostat doesn't seem to be budging. I had to get another blanket Also there's no clock by the bed. I like to be able to wake up in middle of the night and see what time it is I had chicken quesadillas at your restaurant and they were fabulous!

The outside of the hotel was beautiful! We stayed in a standard King room. It was mostly clean, a little Dusty and older, definitely needs upgrades. The bed was not comfortable. Can't really complain though because we only paid $100 for the night.

The servers in the restaurant were outstanding. Food was wonderful. Although check in was a bit unpleasant, we appreciated that we were able to check in early. We really enjoyed our stay. The Norwalk Inn is a great choice.

The hotel looks okay—spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and courteous staff. We booked two rooms for two nights. When I got to my room in the afternoon, I realized it hadn't been cleaned. I went to the front desk, and they told me I had to request cleaning in advance! I checked the hotel website, and only then did I realize I was supposed to pre-order room cleaning. I've never encountered anything like this before. Isn’t basic room cleaning something I should be able to expect from a hotel? It’s disappointing that you're implementing such a confusing and inconvenient policy the Covid 19 is over !!! Bottom line after 3 hours they made my room around 1600 .

We originally booked a standard room at The Norwalk Inn, but decided to upgrade to a suite—and it was absolutely worth it. While the standard room felt a bit small, the suite was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The entire property was well-maintained, and the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff truly stood out. We also had a great experience with the on-site dining. The steak and eggs breakfast was delicious, and the afternoon espresso and cappuccino were both top-notch—clearly made with care. Shout out to the bartender and the breakfast wait staff! Overall, our stay exceeded expectations. Thank you, Norwalk Inn, for a wonderful visit. We’ll definitely be back!
