Dirty, smelly, toilets leak…it’s not even against the wall. It’s slanted! Chipped tables, chairs, and dressers. Elevators can’t even work right so we used the stairs to the 4th floor out of 9 floors. Sinks were cracked and painted over. Walls are dirty with spills still not cleaned off. Chipped paint in the tub. Dove body wash dispenser looked like it sat there for ages. Iron board was dirty, iron didn’t work properly…. Only thing good…coffee at the front desk, French vanilla creamer.

The lobby carpet was filthy and torn. One of the elevators was sporadically out of order. The toilet was at an odd angle from the wall and the seat was cracked. Mold in the bathroom. Generally run down.

Staff assisting outsiders to use rooms for s*xual reasons. My room aftwr check-in was already unlockes and the sheets were dirty and on the floor. Liquid, sperm, everywhere. The 3 adjacent rooms had people loudy having s*x and men leaving and entering. Staff at desk wasnt even surprised when i told him; and he was definitely involved in that

Got back to the hotel at midnight after a wedding and couldn’t wait to get to sleep. After going up to the 5th floor, my key wasn’t working (3rd time in 24 hours). Went back down to find 6 people on line waiting to check in. The person at the desk was overwhelmed. There were what appeared to be prostitutes and junkies trying to use the bathroom. Took me waiting on line for 30 minutes when I was already exhausted and needed a rest room to get my key fixed. Now onto the room. Looks nice but as soon as you open the door you’re hit with a whiff of whatever chemical they use to clean..smells like the whole room was dry cleaned with chemicals. The AC is up on high and freezing with no control whatsoever. After experiencing the overwhelmed person at the reception desk, I wasn’t about to start all over again for AC help. It was a miserable night and glad it was only 1 night.
