Excellent Experience-Will Stay Here Again!

This hotel was extremely accommodating. Front desk staff were at the top of their game. I only stayed one night before returning to the city (had an interview in area) but would recommend the property for longer stays. My room was upgraded. Room service was promptly delivered and staff in their department were very friendly. The room was head to toe clean. Mattress was comfy. Pillows were a bit too hard but it was not a big deal. Kudos to the crew! Will rebook again at the hotel!

Had a really lovely two night stay for work. The bar area is beautiful in the atrium and the food I tried was very tasty. Their pool was clean and the gym set up is excellent!

Getting there is very convenient. The property recently had a major upgrade with the Atrium being totally redone. I think it's lost some of its charm as the old version had tables and chairs scattered throughout the trees. The use of artificial turf detracts from the property. These are the most comfortable beds of any hotel I've stayed in over this past year. The pool area could use a LOT more heating, especially with the recent artic weather we've been having.

Fine but why the charge and the hassle of parking?

The hotel was fine - comfortable, easy check in with the on-line service, friendly front desk staff. Why they charge for parking is hard to understand. And then the parking machine for the tickets clearly does not work, causing lots of stress for everyone. That's really the only thing that makes this place less than "good".
