I have always enjoyed staying at the Even,I have to get use to the new Decor(Gray walls,Doors) but other than that it was very clean this time.I did notice they put doors on the bathrooms instead of the sliding door which i think they should of kept the sliders as the door is to big and too close to the toilet. Otherwise always a Good stay.

It was ok, but just not great. Pictures made it seem super clean and spiffy. The place needed a lot of fixes. Was just super roughed up and not super clean. The staff were dismissive and not attentive. Not that that’s super necessary at a hotel. However when we were checking out the woman at the front desk was talking on the phone out loud on speaker. Was just unprofessional and awkward.

Aside from 2 of the outlets not working, there was no TV for the entire 4 night stay. When we discussed this, we were told they would compensate us for this, but after 3 phone calls, they have not done so and no one has called back.

No frills but EVEN Hotel is exactly what we are looking for when traveling. We usually arrive later in the evening after long days of being on the road. That’s all we want is a nice clean room, a comfortable bed and a nice hot shower. EVEN delivered on all three.

What's the point of a reservation?

I don't know why you would choose to reserve a queen bed if you arrive and are told that they only have doubles available. The entire point of the reservation is so you set aside one of those queen bed rooms and don't sell it off to someone else. Seems kinda fundamental to how this whole system works.

Nice hotel, difficult check in

Hotel was very clean, nicely kept. Loved the room. Difficulty at check in, was told I only booked one room and then accidentally charged again instead of security deposit being taken.

Very unhappy

For 2 nights, i had 3 rooms even though I reserved a King bed for 2 nights. Front desk staff was less than satisfactory. TV didnt work, had to move to the third room at 11pm because of the smoke alarm beeping. I have been here a couple of times and thought it was great, but after this experience I doubt I will be back.
