This is a 2-story motel with NO elevator. I have some heavy items I will not leave in my car overnight so had to make multiple trips and lug them upstairs. The ice machine on the second floor was not working, had to go downstairs for that too. I was pulling a trailer, had to park in the STREET across the street from a restaurant/bar, came out in the morning to find an empty broken tequila bottle in front of my car. The toilet did not flush properly, any cleaning crew should have known that, reported it and gotten it fixed before another guest was in house. The front desk was like 'that's the way it is, you already paid so we are not giving you a refund'. This is my third stay at a Red Roof in the last 3 months, I believe it will be my last.

I have stayed here twice a year for about 3-4 years when visiting the area for events. I have never had a bad experience! The staff is very nice and helpful. I also appreciate that I can bring the dog along with no extra fees. Great pricing, many dining options, and easy to access i95.

The visit was horrible and we would not stay here again. There was a crowd of noise in hallway during the overnight that included a dog barking which made it hard to sleep. Also found some bugs (centipedes) around bed frames. Highly disappointed

The staff, friendly and helpful. Location, next to many restaurants and stores. Changed rooms due to windows not secure and a bad smell. Second room, AC is loud and turned on and off all night. The lobby looked fresh and new.The rooms need an update. No elevator.

Not pet friendly anymore.

I always enjoyed staying here. I stayed here many times. My April 16th stay felt different though. For the first time, I was given a hard time for having a dog. That never happened in the past at this location. As a responsible pet owner who cleans up after their dog, I'm sad to say that I am now going to try the other place with the six in their name on Sunday.

Not worth it

I had stayed here a couple years ago and forgot how old and out of date the place was. The bed was on top of a metal box/frame that I was constantly kicking every time I came near the bed. Bed was not comfortable and the pillows were flat. Everytime we turned or moved on the bed it creaked and sounded like it would break. Floors were not clean. Don't think they've been mopped in years. Upon entering room we found our window was open a few inches, it led to parking lot. The weather was in the 40s so no reason for this. Security fail if you ask me. The whole place was not very inviting at all. Check in was easy, though upon arrival we were told the hotel was booked solid and we were given a handicapped accessible room. We only needed a room to sleep basically on our long drive up to NY from FL. It served it's purpose.
