A Clean Stop Over
The hotel offered a clean room for weary travelers. Our clerk greeted us with a friendly smile and quickly offered to move us when we said we did not want to be the ice machine and elevator. The outside of the hotel does not present well; it is in need of some landscaping attention.

My stay was on 8-30-2024 through 9-1-2024 I was in room 407 and was bite by bedbugs!! The room was very musty and on the first day I reported that the fridge wasn't getting cold and no one followed up.

Nice hotel right off of the highway
My son and I stayed there overnight on a trip to DC and the beds were very comfortable. The pool water was a little cold but it was nice that they had a pool. There is a Wawa right in front of the hotel which was awesome and the Continental breakfast was pretty good.

Good, easy check-in. The people of all shifts at the counter are wonderful. My problem is, I had ants all in my room and showed proof of this to the front counter rep. I immediately checked out as I have bad reactions to ant bites. I went elsewhere and tried to get a refund in which the management of the hotel denied. Horrendous resolve and absolute crap customer service skill from the manager(s). I was checked in for all of five hours or so, maybe six. Yet, couldn't get my money back due to the hotels own faults. Terrible business being done by a multi-billion dollar company.

Good for a quick stay
The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff did not follow the instructions provided by the booking of hotels.com and we had to make changes when we arrived. The pool was freezing which was a disappointment since it is an indoor pool.

Our entire stay was fantastic! Great, friendly service! The room as call and beds and pillows were so lovely! Breakfast was a big breakfast. It had everything, eggs, bacon, turkey sausage, potatoes oh my gosh and oatmeal, cold cereal, milk and juiced! Delicious hot cinnamon rolls and fruit plus more and coffee all day Just lovely!
