Unfortunately I didn’t get to stay here due to their overly strict cancellation policy. I reached out in advance to try to reschedule the dates of my trip to a later date, and was told “unless you have a flight cancellation I can’t change or cancel your reservation.” I would just avoid this place, my flight originally got cancelled in the 1st place and there were no more flights from any airline going there (mind you my trip was for 3 nights) and the manager did not even want to refund me then, so I had to reschedule or lose almost a thousand dollars .. things happen and plans don’t always stay the same.. please please please make sure you go with a hotel that understands that!!

If you are planning to stay only for one night because is really close and convenient this is the pace, but i don't recommend it for your vacation, the bathroom has grime, they need a deep cleaning, we found some bugs. Our room was close to the jet ski shack we can't even enjoy the view because of the jet ski stuff and the staff. Is really sad because this place has a lot potential but is in need for an upgraded and re accommodate the people who is selling you the activities. I won't stay there again.

The room was clean and had a great view. The beds were comfortable. Despite being by the airport it was not very noisy. The beach was clean and very convenient. The staff at the beach and bar were very nice. The restaurant needs an upgrade on food and service. I would stay again and do like I did this visit. Eat elsewhere.

I enjoyed the early check in option that was provided. Our room was ready and cool, and it was very easy process. The view from the room was fantastic and the ample amount of sofa and arm chairs and an outside veranda area with the view of the ocean, pool and surrounding scene was very tranquil. I did not like the limited meal options at the restaurant. The VI breakfast option was unappetizing, even for my ravenous teenage son. We ended up going into town to eat and purchase take out for dinner. Other than the food, I would highly recommend. Maybe it was the time of the season and hopefully will be better when we return for Thanksgiving break.

Our overall experience was excellent. This was a repeat because of the great stay the first time. This trip was no difference. You have an incredible staff who are able to work amicable even under stressful conditions. We would appreciate it though if the restaurant would accept cash. Whatever the security issues are fix it so that your guests have alternative options.
