The front desk staff is AMAZING!!! Rooms was comfy and clean. Restaurant was outrageously priced. But lots of options within a cheap taxi ride. We loved our stay and will absolutely be returning.

The beach there is beautiful and was not over crowded at all when i went...there was plenty of spots to get food and drinks...there is a little food shack (one love) that starts a compresser kinda early that makes alot of noise...that was the only thing that bothered me...but i got red snapper there and that was the best food i hade my entire trip. I loved the hotel and would definitely go back..i would just want a room further away from the one love food shack..

The property was not like Expedia's description. Definitely needs updating. Staff were courteous but staffing was minimal. There are no elevators, so I wouldn't advise them for the handicapped or elderly. We had 2 electrical outlets that didn't work in our room and the hot water pressure was poor. It was ok for the money but won't stay again.

Do not book this hotel
One day stay-The room inwas checked had water al over tbe floor, the second room water would not get hot the third room was okay. Hotel is outdated, and dirty looking. They should cloes down and remodel the whole resort. I paid 2$$ but it is worth 40 a night. Do not book.

I didn’t like that our reservation request for medical reasons was seen upon arrival and then upon check in were put in the furthest building on the second floor. The new girl on shift remedied but it was stressful to deal with. There are way too many chairs on the beach in front of the hotel. Seems the hotel sold out to the cruise shippers instead of caring about the comfort of their guests.

Not as expected, I did enjoy the food, beach, and Sunday entertainment. The units were deployable, poor workman ship and unusual bites from sheets. The features are not up to code, and inoperable as such lights computer holes in wall exposed cords/wires and plumbing., Mostly I exhibited make shift item to set the standard as for presentation nonetheless, not suitable for their guest therefore provide the proper measures to be utilized by guest for a hotel environment, to accommodate. Formed a bridge for a hazard condition to the guest and as well the staff. Emerald Beach Resort I cannot recommend this property ever. Vouchers given by manager for for inconvenience was not accepted in restaurant (Lincoln) expire in one day. Our stay was a horrible experience. MY sibling left the hotel in fear of her safety and poor conditions, I have pictures of those discussed above!

We didn’t have high expectations for this stay as it was just a one-night stay because we were flying out the next morning… but it was BAD. The staff was so rude. The food was so bad and so expensive. Our shower didn’t work and no one cared to help us. The other room we had, the AC didn’t work. No towels for beach provided. Ordering food was a nightmare. We had small kids with us and no staff member had any empathy or desire to help. Very disappointed and unhappy with our stay.
