Last time we stayed here was an enjoyable experience. This time- not so much. Our shower looked like it was full of mold- after talking with locals & seeing how damaged other places still were/sounds like they just threw this place back together after the hurricanes..so makes sense. The phone in our room rang in the middle of the night, like 1am. That was nice after traveling all day & being dog tired. My 1800 pound draft horses walk around quieter than the person above us. Or there isn’t an ounce of insulation between floors. So we also got crap sleep thanks to that.

Not what I expected

I booked a Gulf View and got a building to look at. I asked about it and was moved into a new room where we could enjoy the marina. We didn't get maid service any of the 3 nights so we had to hunt our own towels. The bar area isn't open but it was advertised open. The wife and i enjoyed Treasure Island but it wasn't because of where we stayed.

Overall our stay was fine. The room was spacious. Housekeeping was available upon request. We had a Marina view, quieter than the front of the motel. The shower could use a recaulking. The pool was not heated. There is not a fitness center as is advertised on some websites.

Absolute randomness to their hourly events. Whole place reeks of mold. It seems they cleaned surfaces but that’s entirely it. Seems like a deep clean is required. Overpriced for the condition of things and there is no hospitality of any kind on the property.

If spring break was a hotel

It would be an ok hotel at 100 a night but not 400. Would be a good party hotel. No breakfast options, no water in the room, the TV didn’t work, smelled like weed ….

The front desk service was wonderful. Had an issue with the shower and the gals at the front desk were quick and courteous to act, moved us to a new room quickly. We will go back and stay again. Nice open air bar on second floor.

Place was clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Towels for both room & for pool were terrible!! Need to bee replaced. The pool area could use some attention, weeds growing through pavers & a used towel was laying by the pool side during our entire stay.
