Elevator was not working. I was not staying there if I knew this because I have back problems and knees and I had to walk up 5 floors. Bed overall experience with the whole building. I spend $537 and extra $15.00 at the lobby ( what lobby??) it was a joke. Very upset.

The elevator being out seemed to be an issue for many guests that we spoke with, it is a shame that they have not made fixing that a priority since we heard it has been out of service for months. The pictures online make the property look much nicer than it is. The pool was filthy.

Extremely loud at night. Between guests and bar across the street. Pool bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Bathroom inside room door didn’t close. Left a note with overnight staff about switching rooms and nobody reached back out. Location was great, EVERYTHING else was poor.

Great location. Unfortunately the place is very dated. The elevator did not work and it did not even look like anyone was working to fix it. The couch in the room was full of stains. The bathroom toilet did not work properly. The offered breakfast was the bare minimal. Basically cold cereal and toast. We went out to other places to eat. But the worst part was that it is across the street from an open bar/resturant that plays loud music until 12:00am.

This hotel has several damaged properties, and the staff at the front desk was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and unfriendly. They gave us the smallest room available, which lacked both the beach and pool views.

So we stayed at this property in February 2025. Back in September there was a huge hurricane that came through and did a lot of damage. I just wanna make that statement. My husband and I really liked staying here. It was a great location to the beach and to food and activities. However, this property is very out of date, but the out of date did not hinder our stay. The beds were super comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and there was a slightly out of date kitchenette. they’re only a couple things that were a little hard to deal with specially, the radiator. It did get a little chilly and when we turned the heater on, it smelled like something was burning inside, so I don’t think they had been serviced. Using the kitchen it was a little difficult because the hot plate was on the older side and took a long time to heat up. But other than a couple little things, we really enjoyed staying here.

This place is nothing like what it looks like. We received a call 2 days before that the elevators are broken and we would have to walk to the 4th floor. They don’t change the sheets or clean the room u less you request 24 hours in advance which is basic cleanliness. We requested everyday cleaning and they put the same dirty sheets back on the bed. It smelled like a basement. The first room we got the door lock was broken it looked like someone previously kicked the door in. There were no warm blankets in the room and when we requested one they asked me to walk down 4 floors to get it. The continental breakfast was packaged muffins and stale bagels. The pictures do not match what you’re getting so not book this place unless you’re just looking for a cheap unkept place to rest your head. This would be ok when I was 21 and just looking to party nothing else. Not a mini fridge or microwave in sight. Parking was easy and convenient and the location is super convenient.
