“I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was extremely disappointing. The customer service was terrible, and I felt completely overlooked and disregarded during my stay. I expected much better from a hotel of this caliber. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both the service and guest experience moving forward.”

Run down, dirty, smelled terrible and people were doing drugs in the parking lot. Walked in and checked right back out. Wish i could get a refund since we stayed about 5 min before going somewhere else.

I had multiple Roaches in my room and the towels were discolored with stains. Had to make sure I kept my luggage by the front so nothing wouldn’t get in it.

Room was dirty and smelled like a wet dog! I'm sure there's black mold through out this building. I was told to give them my card incase something went wrong with the room, was told nothing would be charged. As I already purchased the room. They charged my card the price that I already paid I'm currently waiting for my refund! I actually went and got lysol spray and sprayed the room. But it didn't help.

This hotel is terrible, I will never stay in this hotel again . The room was dusty, disgusting sheets was stained, trash in the floor, the front desk was rude . I have to go out the buy sheets . My husband had allergies from the terrible night.

Property is extremely trashy all around. Poorly kept. Staff is minimal. Door-lock to our room did not work correctly, almost impossible to get into our room, contacted front desk they did nothing. Once got into room there was no toilet paper, called front desk, and by the time we left we still didnt have any. Exhaust fan missing in bathroom, just big hole in ceiling. Pool towels were stained. Pool was dirty and had random stuff floating in it. Overall not a good place, worth half of what we paid for the room if that. 1 STAR.
