This hotel was one of few that were open on the beach because of the hurricanes. But the staff were very busy painting and cleaning the gardens and grounds. We enjoyed our stay regardless of the limited amount of restaurants that are open in the area, but those that were outstanding.

Where to start? The light/fan in the front room was broken and didn’t work. The microwave installed under the upper cabinets was broken. Instead of removing it, they added a second microwave. The utensils in the kitchen only consisted of 3 forks and 2 knives. There were strands of hair on the plates. The towel bar was hanging out of the wall on one side. The beach bar was supposed to be open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. It never opened. The cops showed up due to out of control guests. The Sirata used to be a beautiful resort…will never stay there again.

Clean and comfortable. Bed was great. I had a view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico that was beautiful. Front desk staff were very frindly and helpful.
