Water from under floorboards

The staff was helpful and friendly, the room was pretty clean when we arrived. Unfortunately we could not deadbolt the door, it wouldn’t lock and u could clearly see about an inch of light completely around the door. When we would walk in the floor in front of the bed and the sink water would seep up between the floor boards, could not keep the area dry. I did notify the front desk when we checked out, a night earlier then planned

This was an older hotel, but it was clean. It was close to the airport. The breakfast variety was good and the lady kept the breakfast area clean. I would definitely consider going there again.

The customer service is terrible at this property. Make sure you take pictures and document your room. They will charge you for damages that you have not caused. Our room was dirty and when we brought it to their attention the next day, we were told we were lying. We had a late flight and didn't check in until after 11. I highly encourage people to find another place to stay. The woman at the front desk lacks even the basic customer service skills and should find another line of work.

The motel was a disappointment from the moment I walked in. Not so much as a greeting from the three staff members behind the desk. Immediately I could see that the place was in pretty bad shape. Scuffs and holes in the walls, dirt on the floor, and so on. The exterior looked like it had not been attended to in at least twenty years. There wasn't even a sign on the building anywhere indicating that it was a Sure Stay by Best Western. The room was ok, but obviously had not had a deep cleaning in a long time. The strangest thing was the beds: they had wheels on them, so every time I rolled over or moved the bed would move. I cannot recommend this property to anyone.

Not worth a $100 but okay I had a issue with the TV but got back late so I addressed it at checkout and one lady knew about the problem but didn't get it fixed also one of the workers decided to water a patch of grass and soaked everything I had on including my bags.
