Like a low end motel.

Surprising and disappointedly slow check in. Dark, musty smelling room. Dirty bathroom floor. Slow response to requests for soap (container empty). The Bed was actually v nice and comfortable, and sheets seemed clean.

A decent hotel

The location was great for getting to the airport. The staff was friendly. They offer a free continental breakfast. However, the place needs updates, as it is a bit worn. It appeared that they had problems with water leaks, and the bathrooms definitely showed signs of wear and needed to be updated.

This is an affordable hotel with a great bedroom which are clean and the breakfast is included. The staff is usually fast and friendly, sometimes the older ones need assistance. I like that it’s only a 100$ deposit for the room and lastly I like that when I did book with my best western I received a free of charge beverage and snack.

It’s an older Motel that is in need of updating. The bathroom is very small and in rough condition. The vanity faucet had very little water pressure. In general the entire facility is very old and poorly maintained.

I had to call the health department, I am allergic to black mold which I found on the bathroom walls and under the sink. My black mold detector from Amazon showed high levels of black mold on the first floor. I asked to be moved to the second floor but the hotel was full. The manager Kristine, charged me and extra fee of $55 for having a small cut on my elbow claiming I left large amounts of blood on their sheets. Seriously? I know that comes off with Bleach. DO NOT STAY THERE. ROOM SMELLED OF BLEACH TO MASK BLACK MOLD!!!

Property was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good and they changed up the menu items each day, so that you had a variety of items to choose from. Room was cleaned daily and fresh towels and wash clothes were supplied as needed. It is right next to the airport, so it can get rather noisy at times.
