Excellent room everything very clean, the staff was professional and wonderful. We had a great view. Wish it was for longer. The breakfast was not great, but everything else was wonderful.

It is run down hotel. During the check in, we have to wait almost an hour, because they canceled the payment which resulted in processing the transaction again and took them almost an hour to finally check us in. Second, We had issues with the room keys, despite they replaced them none ofvthen work, ans after a long day we had to wait 45 minutes next to the door to be able to get in the room. Since the lock didn’t work, they move us to another room, which was a mobility room and didn’t have a vanity, we were a family of 4 and it was extremely uncomfortable. I took my family for a getaway, but definitely wasn’t worth the money for that hotel.

Gina was fantastic.The breakfast could have been better..biscuits and gravy twice in the 5 days we were there. The carpet in room 510 needs replacing. The internet buffered through out stay.
