Check in was a breeze. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. The room is really nice and clean. The beds are super comfy. There is a keurig for coffee and they provide the pods. They provide tide pods and dryer sheets along with dishwasher pods and paper towels. The view is amazing with stunning sunsets. Will definitely return!

Ocean Club was wonderful. It was very clean, spacious and updated. We normally stay at the Bilmar and this was a nice updated property with more space. I did pay more for a “Deluxe Room with “Main Floor” mentioned. We were still 3 floors up and I paid more to be right above the very loud and crowded pool. Make sure to look into what this means elsewhere. Expedia had a terrible explanation. I thought we were in a corner room. This was not an Ocean Club issue. Everything hotel related was great. I do recommend that the lock on room 310 be checked because you have to pull it shut very hard to engage it. We left it unlocked accidentally because it does not close well.

We were able to get a pack and play for the baby. The place was very clean and everyone was helpful. My only issue is that the beach was a long walk to the water and that we had to put the dirty towels in a hamper and clean towels were replaced into the hamper for us. I'm not sure how often the hampers are washed but it feels unsanitary to me.

Our end unit had beautiful natural light! It was beautiful furnished and unbelievably clean and tidy! Everything needed for our comfort, cooking and relaxation. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful! We had a beautiful stay and will return!

Brand new bldg

This bldg is less than 2 years old so everything is like new. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Fantastic views of beach/sunsets. Our second year staying here and I'm looking forward to coming back again. That is if their prices don't get too high! Treasure Island itself is still recovering from the hurricane, but this bldg is fine. Need to be careful using Hotels.com. They advertised this as the top floor room but it's actually one of the top 3 floors. Also the daily service fee is posted below actual on the Hotels.com app

Nice, clean, quiet unit that was spacious with a big balcony overlooking the beach and Gulf! Friendly staff onsite. Comfortable bedding and nicely equipped kitchen— loved the little things that were provided like dish soap, paper towels and coffee pods. Big plus was the pool, fitness room, beach bar and nearby walking path — you can even walk to restaurants and Publix. The beach is wide so getting to the water is a little bit of a walk but not bad. Only negative was having to pay $40 extra/day for 2 chairs and an umbrella at the beach. Look forward to coming back again!

Amazing view from balcony- space for everyone

The condo was really nice, the beds were very soft, great to have 2 bathrooms. The view from the balcony was amazing, we watched dolphins one evening from the balcony and it was great to hang out there. The pool was fantastic and the path to the beach eas very convenient. Great to have a kitchen and laundry. But no recycling??? Is that a Florida thing????
