Let’s get this straight. The staff was AMAZING. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. Our situation was interesting and the front desk went out of their way to accommodate us, make things go faster and still make sure our stay was good. The hotel does need some touch ups. The rooms are spacious. The area is sketch. The hotel is being used for those who lost their homes in the hurricanes so not all rooms are available. We booked a suite and could not get the suite due to this. Somehow we were able to book the suite although someone was already staying in it. The front desk did give us a discount on a king room. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The hotel does feel like an apartment complex due to the folks living there. Just needs some general cleaning and up keep and this could be a great hotel.

I believe the rooms as far as carpet, beds, and bath had alot to be desired. Felt i was really overcharged for changing one night difference because of flight change. I dont think they wete filled to capacity!!!

I had 14 days scheduled and prepaid. I went to my room on day 3 and was checked out. My bags were packed and removed from the room. I was told it was a mistske and i was let back into my room. Bed was made daily but no toiletries were replaced. I had to ask for soap and shampoo often.

This property was dirty and old. Very outdated but it was conveniently located minutes from the airport. It was fine for an overnight stay on our way out of Florida

The property is old and run down. The first room did not have a working toilet, telephone in the room, etc. We were given a new room, that was clean and functional. All rooms have microwave & mini fridge. Hotel is in need of severe renovations, and definitely not worth $170!!

The building was quite unkept and dirty however they are undergoing Reno's and the Reno's were out on hold due to the hurricane as they are housing many displaced people. The manager was very polite and kind as were the other housekeepers and front desk staff we spoke to.

They are doing some remodeling and it appears to be coming out great. Had a 3 night stay and no complaints at all. Me, the wife and a 6 year old. The staff there are all kind and helpful from the moment we walked in until the time we left. The breakfast was above what we were expecting both in quality and options. It was really great. The room was bigger than average and the shower was good. For being that close to the airport it was remarkably quiet. Lots of ice machines and plenty of vending available for a good price. All in all we have no complaints. Thank you for a great stay!

This hotel was dirty and smelly. In poor condition. No tissues, hand soap. Bathroom door would not close. No outlet covers on outlets. Carpet was filthy. It needs to be closed or updated. If it hadn’t been so late I would have left and looked for a different property.

We were told the property suffered from the hurricanes, well that was a lie. This property is very old, the fan in the washroom did not work, I looked at it and it didn't look like it was serviced for years. They did just install new carpet in the hallway. This is a very dated facility and subpar for the average traveler. They did have the breakfast area looked after and the lady doing it was great. Staff at the from desk tried to be helpful but they don't have much to work with as the building is a 1 on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best. Very disappointed.

The best thing is they accept pets ..not to many hotels in the area allow animals.. im grateful for that .. beds were comfy and clean ..shower could have been a little cleaner but overall the rooms were clean.. pool was nice wasnt noisey ..no one really bothered you.. id stay here again

Good points: beds were comfortable, room clean and quiet, staff friendly. Bad points: hallways reaked of Marijuana, rugs old and stained, hotel stated they were refurbishing, but I didn't notice any work being done, they ran out of fruit and yogurt for several days. Pool seemed nice but we didn't use it during our stay. There were also numerous dogs on the property, but I didn't hear any barking during our stay.

The hotel is being renovated and the smell in the hallways is absolutely horrible..property behind the hotel looks really scarey, abandoned broken down houses..For the price it was very disappointing..and smelly oh man was it smelly..Elevator and rooms seemed really old and dated.

The hotel was in a good location. The room was clean. The entire facility needs major updating. The breakfast was ok but the eggs and meat didn’t look edible. The eggs may have been powder.
