I had to change room 4 times to get a clean room with hot water. They unplugged the fridge and al my food went bad, it cost me over $50. The last night the swat team showed up for shots fired. The hotel double charged me a pet fee and also two 50 security deposits. No one cared about making this right with me.

We changed rooms 3 times and then finally gave up on this property and forfeited the fare we had paid for a 4 night stay. The first room smelled of cigarette smoke. The second smelled like cooked broccoli. The third had insects that looked eerily like bed bugs.

None of the lamps in our room worked. Only one of the two lights above the bed worked. The smell of the air freshener was overwhelming. So much so that it was difficult for my husband to breathe. We won’t be back.

Not with the cost, better options right next door,

Was more like a motel. Needs a lot of updating, rooms were old, breakfast was poor, bed was awful, no plugs in room to charge phone. Overall not worth the cost, wish I knew there was a Hampton next door. Front counter staff was very friendly and helpful.

This place does not look like the pictures. The building its self needs lots of updating and cleaning. Bathroom had hair in the shower. Although that is updated it’s gross to see things like that. The room smelled old. Right next to highway so noisy and pool view was not good with screaming kids.
