The room was clean, however the bathroom fixtures need some work. Poor water pressure at the sink and the shower was almost impossible to turn on. Also, it took forever to get got water. The general areas such as lobby need updating. Carpet on stairs was in need of a good cleaning The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.

Our two night stay

When we arrived we found the front desk manager, Henry, to be very helpful, even explaining how to walk to the Phillies stadium. Couldn't have a better person at the desk. In fact, all of the staff we encountered were very friendly! However, in our room we found a non- operational air conditioner that had to be replaced while we waited. Also, the internet service was spotty and not "extremely fast" as advertised but it was OK. There was no soap in the shower and only a tiny little bar at the sink. And the shampoo bottle was already half empty when we went to use it so I believe it was a leftover from the previous customer. We stayed for two nights and housekeeping never came in to make the bed or give us fresh towels and wash cloths so that was disappointing. Breakfast was great though! Not a bad experience but room for improvement.

Nice hotel convenient to Phillies spring training complex. Only one “heads up” - the hotel does not have an elevator and we were on the second floor. Anyone with trouble with steps should request a 1st floor room when making your reservation.

Was here for 3 nights. We loved the hotel. Staff were pleasant. Rooms were clean. Loved the pool. Only downside was hot tub was being resurfaced so didn’t get to enjoy.
