Can't go wrong with this hotel!
Always happy to stay at a Holiday Inn, and this one did not disappoint. Excellent customer service, and the restaurant downstairs was very good. They do have a shuttle service, but it wasn't operating when I needed it, but the Uber pickup was extremely quick. Will stay here next time I'm in Clearwater, FL!

This hotel is close to PIE airport I had an early morning flight to catch it worked out great. Lot of food option around the property. Staff had a wake up call for me and also the airport shuttle but I had a rental car to drop

The stay was good overall for the price .The property is a bit older and could def use a facelift. The elevator is especially sketchy and makes a noise when you are in it. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

We thought the hotel was very average but paid a high amount due to it being the weekend after Christmas. But the hotel is under renovations so we were surprised we paid as much as we did. It had one functioning elevator and multiple guests were complaining.

I stayed here for a couple of months. This property has honest trustworthy people working for them. I came and went a couple times and each time I left something they saved it for me. Erik was phenomenal. Jacob was phenomenal. Sara was great. Eva was so helpful and very professional, and the other staff really helped out too to make it a great away from work time Suite kick spot I loved it

I booked this property despite the bad reviews because I was only going to be there for one night and a half 11/6-11/8/24. The property is old and outdated and I believe this hotel had some damage from the recent hurricanes that hit that area. The smell of musty and mold reeked the entire hotel. My room smelled of mold and mildew, and every now and then a smell of sewer. There were air purifiers everywhere so they were well aware of the bad smell. The bed was hard as if sleeping on the box spring and the entire shower head and water spout was about to fall out the wall. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you don’t care about smells and uncomfortable beds!
