The valet service was very good and the staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel staff was the same. The restaurant was very nice and the food was delicious. We also enjoyed the pool area and the convenience of restaurants. All in all, a very good stay!

The property is very old and rundown. I was afraid the elevator will fall to the floor every time I used it. The room was very dirty. Expensive ballet - 45 plus tips. The only good thing about it was the breakfast. Decent breakfast for decent price.

Keep in mind that parking costs $50 per night. During our stay, one elevator was broken, forcing us to wait in line. Additionally, the air conditioning in our room was blowing humid air.

The staff were courteous and polite. The hotel was not clean the bathroom had rust and mildew. The elevators were slow and staying on the top floor had a beautiful view but I had long wait times. The room was spacious and had two air condition units was a plus. The staff and maintenance were very responsive to my request.

Not sure how it is possible that a Hilton has rooms with carpet that is so stained and smells so bad in the first room they gave me. Then the second room I opened the door and it had the mattress off the bed and standing up in the room with what I hope was only water stains. Since I checked in so late I had no choice but to stay the night in the third room but was gone next morning early never to return.

I have never received such terrible service from a hotel ever in my life, I’ve talked to various people to figure out how to fix the situation of the mist treatment and I was told I was going to get a refund now I have other people from Hilton contacting me telling me otherwise. My money needs to be refunded. I didn’t even stay one night there. I ended up leaving and staying overnight in my vehicle at a rest stop because of the treatment I received from the staff at that facility.
