Need a later check out time.

It’s my second time here. It’s an older hotel that’s been updated and I enjoy it immensely. I just wish there was a later check out. Checking in at 4pm and turning around and leaving at 10am makes me feel like I’m not getting my moneys worth. $320 for 18 hours sucks. At least have check out at noon. But the location, beach, pool and beautiful scenery is tops!!

Its a great place to stay. Convenient to many restaurants within walking distance. A very well stocked market within walking distance. A very well maintained pool and deck area. An extremely short walk, less than a 150 feet, from the pool to the beach/outlet/inlet to the gulf.

The location of this property made it worth it as it is very walkable and close to amenities, but be warned, this hotel is not nice by any means. The ‘private beach’ is just a very small section of beach, no chairs or umbrellas are provided. The pool deck was nice and there were chairs provided there, but only 2 umbrellas total on the entire deck and unfortunately during our stay, the same group of people claimed the umbrellas every single day and kept them all day long, so there was no opportunity for us to get some shade at all. Plus those same people kept smoking weed and cigarettes on the pool deck constantly and hotel management never said a word to them, so enjoying the pool deck without smoke in your face was impossible (not necessarily the hotel’s fault, I know, but important to note for other guests). The pool towels the hotel provides were terrible, very crappy quality and they were all stained and dirty, so I recommend you bring your own towels. Our hotel room had drywall missing in different places, our curtain across the patio door had tons of holes in it, and the room just didn’t feel very clean in general because it was very outdated. The room numbers were literally printed on a piece of paper and taped outside the door which was our first sign this wasn’t going to be a nice room. All in all, I would recommend you spend the extra money to stay somewhere else on the strip to avoid the riff raff people that will stay here.

This hotel was Not as pictured. I wasted money because I couldn't cancel the entire stay but I had no way of knowing the condition until I arrived. I had to book another hotel and lose money. The location is in a nice spot but the hotel is awgul. Dirty microwave, dirty stove and refrigerator. 😓

I love the private beach. The private pool and hot tub were great. The view was great from 5th floor. Easy access to everything on strip. The live music next door resort was great.

This property is perfect for a modest getaway! It's larger than a boutique hotel but smaller than a large operation. They had all the basics. We were right across the street from the market and gas station. Pool, hot tub and new deck were perfect. Small but plenty of deck furniture. No restaurant/bar/store on site but places to eat everwhere. We were able have an extended check in/check out for a small fee. The staff were wonderful and friendly. The hotel is right on the edge of the where the bay opens into the ocean. Great little beach/cove for swimming!
