This hotel has residents staying there. Rooms are being paid by the government. The clientele seems to be homeless. There is no respect for others and there is trash everywhere. Kids are running around unruly and police are there daily. I do not recommend at all.

We were supposed to stay here for five days after three hours of checking in we left it seems to me that it’s a rough crowd there and there was dead cockroaches the bathroom had a stain in the tub overall would not recommend the front desk person, though was very nice and respectful

Large, clean room. Overall the condition of the property was very poor. Garbage not picked up, beer caps and cigarettes in front flower beds. Car park had garbage not picked up. Pool not clean and every chair except two around the pool was broken. Why did I get a notice before check in to enjoy the pool??? Even the sign at the road was broken. Marijuana smell around the dining room one day. Main issue was that the hotel is used as a long term stay facility. Comings and going heard at night time. Hotel guests should be informed of this prior to booking. Also I was charged for a nights stay before my arrival. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

Nightmare hotel

Worst place to stay ever. The entire place should be razed. Old and overused. Smelled bad like cigarettes and dogs! Bad service, no breakfast as advertised. Would never go there again and would tell anyone who asked not to go there either! 😟

Bargain for good quiet, comfortable sleep.

Surprisingly low water pressure… a Tampa-wide issue ? Killed 5 or 6 small flying bugs in room on day one…easily, first sawn, so I suspect they were slowed down from recent bug spray @ motel ? Quite loose toilet seat, reported to manager. Told at check-in by desk personnel “hot breakfast, sausages, starts @ 6”. Only hot item: toast u can make. Started @7, NOT 6. QUIET place, very comfortable bed, 3 pillows/bed, good for rest. Rug in my room an end of useful service life. Plenty of towels & nice shampoo, etc, & coffee service supplied in room. Overall, quite good value for $, esp since only ~6 was post hurricane, which I think must have been a setback for them, like for many Tampa businesses. Very helpful, responsive staff. Would stay again.

I had a confirmation for 2 nights. Drove 7-8 hours to be told there was no room. Showed them my confirmation and that I had already paid. Was told “I don’t know what you want me to do. We don’t have any rooms. Must be a computer error” I’m sorry but I seriously doubt that.
