I had a truly pleasant experience at Cristal Bay Hotel in. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable from the moment I arrived. It's also wonderfully quiet—perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The breakfast was fresh and satisfying, with a nice variety to start the day right. I also appreciated the hotel's convenient location—it made getting around easy, whether I was walking or using transportation. Overall, I highly recommend Cristal Bay Hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and well-located place to stay. I would definitely return!

It is an older hotel so expect some unevenness in the floors. While it has been remodeled, the quality of the renovation could have been better in my opinion. Cleanliness too could have been better. Breakfast was the highlight of my stay. It is free and there is plenty to choose from and you won't go away hungry. It does have a nice location, near to beaches and downtown.

Phenomenal Stay – Again! Crystal Bay Hotel never disappoints! The contactless check-in was seamless and so convenient, especially since I was able to check in early after a long flight. I stayed in the Marilyn Moore Suite, which was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The breakfast each morning truly felt homemade — a refreshing change from the typical powdered options at traditional hotels. This was my third stay here, and each time gets better. I’ll absolutely continue to return whenever I visit family in St. Pete!

It is the most charming and friendly place I have ever stayed. Staff were fantastic. The rooms welcoming and clean. Breakfast was made to order with a talented and ebullient chef. The only drawback was the busy road noise, which they couldn't do anything about.
