Everything about this property is perfect; the location, cleanliness, staff, accommodations, and overall welcoming feeling is second to none! I was most impressed by the entire staff and how kind and accommodating they were; especially the two maintenance guys were more than helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to stay in Clearwater, Florida!

So we arrive for our 4 pm check in lobby had minimum 200 senior high school students, my first thought get the hell out of there. counter at check said they were leaving they had a day at the beach and I guess allowed them the hotel. now it gets better room not ready at 4pm waited 2 hours to get a room. We missed our dinner res we had with family. had to do something else. now get to our room finally its 79 degrees in there no air on its 90 outside. tried to turn on got something I thought was working it started to cool a little bit. so now we left to do something with the family who we missed because our room was not ready. meet them had a pleasent evening now back to our room air not working at all called the front desk the sent someone to look at it. compressor shot he goes to get a new one he returns 1/2 hr later with new unit a hour to change it didn't fit right had to modify to fit got it working its now after 10 wife and I just want to sleep. worst place I have ever stayed Oh ya I booked a King room which was not available so they up graded me to a 2 queen with a balcony wow, what a great view of the top of garbage dumpsters and if you bent over far enough you could see water just be careful not to fall in the dumpsters below.

The convenience was good but found blood on yhe shower curtain and around the bath tub toilet had hardly any water pursuer and by the next morning it was clog they couldnt have anyome even come till after 11 but the front staff was super friendly but the cleanliness was awful

Our entire stay was amazing. The staff was wonderful and we were very comfortable from the moment we checked in. Convenient location with restaurants and convenience stores in a very short walk. Beach just a couple of blocks away. We’d stay again and again!

Couple time away.

Staff was very kind and accommodating. We had an issue with rooms next to us with noise and the first night this went unaddressed. However after talking to front desk the next morning this was addressed. Although it was still somewhat noisy, it was better after that. Disrespectful guests happen, but how the hotel deals with this means alot. And Marriott did not miss the mark.

It is a couple minute walk from the beach. The rooms were clean. I had paid extra to have balcony rooms (I reserved 2 rooms), they did not have balcony rooms available, and I still have not gotten my refund back for the extra money I paid. The 2 rooms I reserved were on the same floor, but not next to each other as requested. We had to ask for TP, body wash, etc.

The hotel was nice, clean and friendly. Areas around the hotel (not the hotel property) were not very clean and smelled because of lack to trash pickup. Everything you could need was in walking distance but, sometimes was very expensive and sometimes un-nesscarly so.

This hotel is great! 2nd stay here. Super location, very central to the beach and the main strip where all the restaurants etc are. Clean, super comfortable beds, and a great staff! Duncan, Devin, Brandon and the coffee ladies in the lobby, and Jeremy and the Ops Manager lady, whose name I am embarrassed I cannot recall, are just SO friendly and so helpful. We’ll be back!

We love staying at this hotel. The only issue was housekeeping. They didnt understand that regular coffee needed to be left not decaffeniated, No accompanients were left. The front desk staff sent up toliet paper and coffee and anything else missed

Dont like how Bonvoy wont give you the points if booked on 3rd party like Expedia. $350/night was way too much for this property. Elevators are horrible and there is nothing special about the rooms/building. No harbor boardwalk. 2 blocks from beach. That was the saving grace of this property. Good restaurants and minimal shopping nearby.

Everything was great, I was just disappointed in the size of the pool, rooms were not cleaned daily and towels were not changed daily. I also believe when you’re a hotel guest you should not pay for parking. I usually stay at another Marriott in sand key, which is a far better place all around.
